What was involved
A customer in Wichenford, Worcestershire was left without usable broadband after a fault on the Openreach network. With no reliable mobile phone signal at home either, they were unable to work from home or carry on with everyday internet use while the line remained faulty.
After a discussion about their needs, we agreed that Starlink would provide an independent broadband connection without relying on the faulty fixed line or mobile coverage. The customer supplied the Starlink kit, and LB Network supplied the mounting bracket and carried out the installation.
We got the customer up and running on the next business day. The dish was positioned discreetly and the cable entry finished neatly, with the work carried out professionally and with care for the property. The completed installation restored the customer’s ability to work from home, with faster speeds than the Openreach service could provide to that property.
