What was involved
A business based in Evesham, Worcestershire approached us looking to replace their existing Swann CCTV system. The customer was no longer able to access the DVR, and the ageing cameras were providing poor image quality, making it difficult to effectively monitor the property.
We replaced the existing cameras and DVR with a new CCTV system, getting the customer back up and running with improved image quality and a more reliable setup. We also installed an additional camera to provide much better coverage of the yard at the rear of the property, as well as repositioning the cameras to improve the overall view of the site.
Once the installation was complete, we configured remote access so the customer could securely view their cameras from their phone and made sure they were comfortable using the new system. We also installed a dedicated monitor in the office, providing an easy way to keep an eye on the premises throughout the working day.
The result is a modern, reliable CCTV system with improved coverage, clearer footage and convenient access both on-site and remotely.
