Warranty

All our equipment used in installs come with a standard 1 to 3-year limited warranty, depending on the product type and brand. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal usage conditions. It does not include damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, electrical surges, or natural disasters. Warranty claims require a valid proof of purchase and may involve inspection by our technical team.

Amendment Period

All installs come with a standard 14 days amendment period – Please note that changes requested beyond 14 days may involve additional costs.

Payment Terms & Late Fees

1. Payment Terms
All invoices are due in full within 30 calendar days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the commencement of services.

2. Late Payment Charges
If payment is not received within the 30-day period, we reserve the right to charge:

  • Late Payment Interest:
    A late payment fee of 2% of the outstanding balance will be added for each full or partial month that the invoice remains unpaid after the due date.

  • Interest will be calculated on a monthly compounding basis (i.e. interest is charged on interest).

  • The first charge applies on day 31, with subsequent charges added on the same day each following month until payment is received in full.

3. Service Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend services, project work, or access to deliverables if payments remain overdue beyond 30 days.

4. Debt Recovery
In the event that overdue balances are referred to a debt collection agency or legal service, we reserve the right to recover all reasonable costs and fees incurred as part of the recovery process.
