- Bi-annual inspections (2x per year)
- Firmware updates and security patching
- Remote diagnostics and minor remote fixes
- 1–2 callouts per year included
- Priority response (within 24–48 hours)
- Parts not included

Premium
Includes:
- Quarterly inspections (4x/year)
- Remote monitoring or health alerts (via Hik-ProConnect, etc.)
- Unlimited callouts (within reason)
- 24/7 remote support line
- Discounted or included replacement parts
- Custom system optimisation (e.g. analytics tuning)
