Upon receiving a client’s request for advice and recommendations on a security system and CCTV for a high-end opticians, we embarked on the process of devising a comprehensive security plan tailored to their specific needs.

Security was a key priority for the client, so we developed detailed plans and tailored suggestions to ensure all their needs were fully addressed. Our approach focused not only on robust protection but also on user-friendly design, reliable data backup to prevent service interruptions, and a clean, modern final product that maintained full coverage of the unit.

We developed a comprehensive seven-camera CCTV system and a high-end security system that integrates seamlessly with a client’s mobile application, thereby ensuring user convenience and accessibility.

Another critical factor was to ensure that the alarm system would notify the end users’ mobile devices by a voice call if the alarm were to be triggered.

We opted to utilise Hikvision cameras and an AX-Pro alarm system, as they appeared to be the most suitable solution for the customer’s requirements. These devices function seamlessly together within a single application on the customer’s device. This ensures that the customer receives crystal-clear footage and has access to over a month of 24/7 recorded footage. Additionally, the cameras possess the additional features of a smart link to individual sensors, which allows the linked camera to be displayed on the customer’s device first if that sensor is triggered. Furthermore, they offer the additional functionality of a SIM card that can contact a total of eight distinct individuals.
