What was involved
A straightforward data cabling job for a customer in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire who had recently completed a loft conversion and wanted strong, reliable Wi-Fi upstairs.
We installed a new Cat6 data cable from the ground floor router up to the loft, fitted a data point, and installed the customer’s PoE network switch. From there, we routed a Cat6 cable through the ceiling to their preferred Wi-Fi access point location, ensuring a neat and professional finish.
With the new hard-wired access point in place, the customer now has fast, reliable Wi-Fi in their new loft conversion without relying on weak wireless extenders.
